Drinking vegetable and fruit juice for at least four to six days will eliminate the toxins which attack the immune system and make you much weaker or sick. Other foods you can eat while detoxing your body would be nuts, grains, seeds, buttermilk with each meal, raw veggies, and fresh fruits.  Your body will be detoxed from all those harmful toxins which take over our body throughout the years and you will feel much healthier in the end. Your emphysema may not flare up as often as well once your body is cleansed.
