Evening primrose is one of the best herbal hangover cures. It has been used for centuries to reduce liver and stomach pains and discomforts. Note that each time you have a hangover your liver is being overworked. Evening primrose can aid your liver to make its functions much easier and efficient when it has an overload.

Peppermint is also a good herbal cure for hangovers. It can naturally soothe your stomach and relive you of hangovers. Since the stomach normally slows down after a night of drinking, peppermint tea can keep things in balance and help your stomach to keep everything under control. Just a cup or two of peppermint tea should be able to get rid of your hangover.

If your hangover is accompanied by nausea, use century leaf. It is one of the natural herbs that nature has provided for soothing and calming down nerves. It is also great for stomach problems that can be caused by heavy drinking especially if you dared to do the bottles on an empty stomach. The tea is good for hangovers as to reduce tension and tires muscles. You can also add glucose to the tea instead of honey to double the effect of the tea.

Use carrot juice to detoxify your liver and drink lots of water during the day as carrot juice is diuretic. Wild carrot juice is good as it has the ability to detoxify and cleanse an overworked liver. Avoid taking hot baths at all costs when you have hangovers. Steam baths and saunas should also be avoided. Just take cold showers to feel better.
