It is rich in glucose lowering properties that can be effective even when the diabetic patient is fasting or after each meal. It is also effective in blood glucose levels and A1C levels. For best results, take its supplements.

Organic apple cider vinegar is yet another perfect and one of the simplest home remedies for diabetes. It works by lowering and maintaining high blood sugar levels. You must however note that the effective apple cider vinegar is the organic apple cider vinegar. It is available in most health and food stores. To be sure that you are buying the right organic apple cider vinegar, ensure that the one you buy has mothers listed on the label. For best results when using organic apple cider vinegar take two table spoons of it after every meal. If you cannot put up with its bitter taste, use honey to taste or cranberry juice.

Aloe Vera too is one of the best home remedies for diabetes. It is rich in compounds that can stimulate insulin production and enable the body to process enough glucose efficiently. Simply take one to three tea spoons of aloe juice or consumable aloe gel daily to help regulate blood sugar levels. Then, do not neglect your medication.
