Keep in mind that most serious conditions and diseases always manifest in the first stages through headaches. Peppermint too is an effective herbal cure for headache. You can use it internally or even externally. Just consume peppermint tea to relieve you headache or mix it with body lotion and massage the mixture on your temples. Peppermint has also the same effect as chamomile and has no side effect at all.

Fever few is also a good herbal cure for headaches. It is rich in substances that can inhibit release of mood hormones in your brain. You can take fever few capsules or just consume its tea. But for best results and accelerated healing, use fresh feverfew leaves. Ginko biloba too is great and works like feverfew. It relieves pains and migraines by dilating your blood vessels in the head.

Then remember that headaches can be triggered by several things. Avoid stress and too much exposure to your laptop. If you are pregnant, then you must experience headaches as part of the morning sickness. Make sure that before using these herbal products, they are not harmful to you and your baby.

If your headache is accompanied by fatigue, nausea and fever, then that is not a good sign. Consult your doctor as soon as you can. All conditions that have headaches as symptoms should always be treated as soon as one notices the symptoms.
