Bael fruits are just among the best fruits that you can use for constipation. It is a natural laxative and has the ability to clean and tone up your intestines really first.   It has been proven that just two or more months of regular consumption of this fruit will throw out even the old accumulated fecal matter in your intestines. For best results when using this fruit, consume about sixty grams of it in its original form after dinner.

Grapes too work exceptionally well when it comes to getting rid of chronic constipation. Grapes are rich in cellulose, sugar and organic acids making it the natural laxative that anyone can use. Grapes are not just good for constipation as they also have the ability to tone up your intestines and stomach. For best results when using grape fruits for constipation, take up to 350 gm of the fruit daily. Raisins soaked in water can be used if for one reason or another you do not like grapes. Just soak the raisin seeds in water for twenty for to forty eight hours then after they have swollen to the size of grapes, consume them early in the morning. Remember to do so along with the water in which you soaked the seeds in. Other fruits such as papaya, figs, orange and pears can also be used for constipation.
