Drinking soothing teas is also one of the best home remedies for gas pain. Teas like chamomile, peppermint, fennel and ginger have the ability to sooth the digestive tract and give gas pain relief. Peppermint is rich in menthol which has an antispasmodic effect on the digestive tract. It can therefore easily get rid of gas pains. Just drink a two or three cups of any of these teas when you have gas pains and you will feel relieved. Avoid alcohol and other carbonated drinks. Such drinks will only worsen the situation and fail to give you relief.
Gas pain can also be eliminated through the legs to chest exercise. Simply lie on you back then pull your knees to your chest. Try this exercise several times till you feel the gas coming out easily. At first it might not work but as you try and try the gas will eventually be released easily.
