Just take one capsule of evening primrose oil once a daily and follow it by a cardiovascular workout routine for at least fifteen to twenty minutes.

For those who like teas and other caffeinated drinks, then they could be in the right track even without their knowledge. Research studies indicate that combinations of green tea and caffeine can help an overweight person to increase his or her metabolism and also to suppress their appetite. All he or she needs is to take a healthy green tea supplement that has 50mg caffeine content and about 90mg of EGCG which is a healthy active ingredient found in Green Tea. This should be done at least thrice. The patient should however not take more than six mugs of this tea. Just like the apple cider vinegar solution, embark on a cardio workout routine for at least ten minutes after using the teas.

Then remember that these herbal remedies can never work if you consider them but then again go on with unhealthy eating habits. Avoid processed fatty foods at all costs. Instead, change to balanced diet meals full of fruits and green vegetables. Alcohol should be avoided too or just reduced.
