Ginger is yet another effective herbal remedy solution for heartburn. You can eat it raw or use it as a spice in your foods. Ginger is good for your stomach as it possesses favorable effects on your gastrointestinal system as well as the stomach.

If your heartburn is characterized by chronic esophageal irritation, drink chamomile tea after every meal. You can also use licorice if the heartburn is even made worse by ulcers. You should however be careful not to worsen the solution by thinking hard as that can easily lead to depression which will eventually worsen your situation. If the symptoms are not too strong, then lots of glasses of water will go a long way in giving you some relief.
