 There are several effective home remedies for nasal congestion. One of the home remedies which is also one of the best is the use of saline nasal drops. The drops can be easily prepared from home by putting a tablespoon of salt in a glass of water stirring it to form a solution.
As for the steam inhalation, simply boil some water and pour it in a bowl. Mix the water with a few drops of eucalyptus oil and inhale the steam from the water. If you cannot get eucalyptus oil, use garlic oil instead. Eucalyptus oil and garlic oil are both effective when it comes to nasal congestion relief.
