Purchase a self use ear cleaner that uses warm water only with no chemicals are needed. Buy one with a large syringe that provides more water force than a squeeze bulb syringe. It should have a safety nozzle which puts the nozzle tip at the beginning of your ear canal when fully inserted. That is halfway to your eardrum. The nozzle tip should not reach your eardrum. It should be smooth and rigid for safety. The nozzle should leave enough room for drainage for your ear canals and eardrums to be comfortably flushed clean.
While taking a warm shower, pull out the plunger and hold the syringe close to the shower head. When it is full and over flowing put the plunger back in. Put the nozzle in your ear canal, all the way in. Hold the nozzle in your ear with one hand and push the plunger up with your other hand. Do not inject softly. Inject with steady firm force. Empty a full syringe in 10 to 11 seconds. It will feel comfortable. Your ear canal will quickly fill up and you will feel the circulation and drainage. Use warm shower water only, refill as needed and follow safety guidelines on usage.
