Inhalation of Fiberglass

I inhaled some fibreglass working in the loft - are there any homeopathic cures to cure that?

Yes there are home remedies to cure the fiberglass particles you inhaled. However, if you were exposed to too much of the particles and inhaled more, then it is necessary for you to see a doctor. Fibre glass particles and dust in lungs always get expelled rapidly from the alveoli after they are inhaled. This is simply because the air sacs do not close and trap the dust particles of the fibre glass. Therefore, if you cough, the dust will be expelled with the mucus secreted from the lungs and the throat. The perfect home remedy solution to get rid of fibre glass is to rinse your skis with cold water so as to get rid of the fibre glass particles embedded on your skin surface. Then take a hot shower so that your skin pores will open up and expel the rest of the fibre glass particles on your skin. Then apply baby jelly or a skin moisturizer so as to loosen any fibre glass particles remaining on your skin. Finally, use onion to help you liquefy the phlegm and help you throw out dust particles of fibre glass from your lungs. Simply take one teaspoon of raw onion juice and another teaspoon of honey every morning and evening.
