for panic attacks try 2Tablespoons real honey and 1teaspoon ground cinnamon mixed with hot tea (may use warm Water) seeing good results with this.

Anxiety attacks are dealt with by taking very deep breaths,when you fell that it is imminent...But for the long term its exercise...that's my "Jamaican solution"...Charles
