my husband gets a boil every few years in one area. I had looked up info on boils, and honey works. I purchased raw honey, and I did not heat it as suggestion on this site. I placed a gauze bandage on it, and changed it several times and it finally came to a head. I pulled the skin in a taut position and all the fluid came out. I cleaned the area, and inserted some honey in the hole. It healed up nicely. first time no doctors visit, meds or lancing. It works.
