Cystitis Remedies Suggested by Users

I was told to drink breadsoda and water, also not to wear tight jeans as it can irritate. Also to wear loose cotton underwear and when having a bath don't put in bath salts or bubble bath if you have cystitis or are prone to it because as it will also irritate and wearing sanitary towels can make dry down below and irritate. Also to drink cranberry juice and plenty of water as it wont hurt as much when you do have to go to the toilet, to stop drinking fizzy drinks such as coke as the bacteria wont clear up
