You should take coconut oil then you will have to take a kapur(mushkapur) then mash it properly in the coconut oil. Keep it aside for 5 minutes. Then take it and massage it on your hair. Then keep it for 2-3 hours and wash your hair. Then after that take a fine tooth comb and remove all the lice..

I had lice about four years ago. I tried everything, treatment, seeing a doctor, even freezing everything in ziplock bags. Nothing worked. So what I finally did to get rid of it was I moved out of my house for 2 weeks. That worked wonders for me. I hope it does for you too!
